About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing a decentralized blockchain-based platform for our clients. You will work closely with our product managers, architects, and other developers to create secure, scalable, and high-performance blockchain platforms for payment services, digital wallets, stock and crypto trading, crypto token coins, and insurance services.

- Blockchain: Ethereum, Solidity, Web3.js/Ethers.js, Truffle/Hardhat
- Front-end: React.js, Redux, Next.js, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/TypeScript
- Back-end: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB, PostgreSQL
- Tools: Git, Docker, CI/CD pipelines
- Other: RESTful APIs, GraphQL, IPFS, AWS, GCP
What you’ll be doing
- Design and develop Ethereum-based blockchain solutions for our fintech platform
- Develop smart contracts using Solidity programming language
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure the blockchain platform meets the business requirements and delivers a user-friendly experience
- Develop and implement secure smart contract audits and testing procedures
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with the blockchain platform
- Develop and maintain blockchain-related infrastructure
- Stay up-to-date with the latest blockchain technology trends and developments
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in developing blockchain solutions using Ethereum
- Solidity programming language proficiency
- Strong understanding of blockchain concepts, such as distributed ledger technology, smart contracts, and consensus algorithms
- Experience with Ethereum smart contract development and deployment
- Experience with blockchain infrastructure, including nodes, mining, and gas
- Knowledge of Web3.js, Truffle, and Infura
- Experience with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Jenkins, and Docker
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience mentoring other developers
What you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you you’ll need to have at least three years of experience in developing blockchain solutions using Ethereum. You should have at least a bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Maths, Physics, or a similar field. You must possess a quick learner attitude with an ambitious and results-driven personality, excellent communication and organizational skills, and fluency in English.
Nice to have
