About the role
The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing cloud and mobile-based applications for SaaS solutions in the financial sector. You will work closely with our product managers, architects, and other developers to create secure, scalable, and high-performance applications for payment services, digital wallets, stock trading, and insurance services.

What you’ll be doing
- Design and develop Java-based solutions for our fintech platform.
- Develop cloud and mobile applications for SaaS financial services.
- Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure applications meet business requirements and deliver a user-friendly experience.
- Troubleshoot and debug issues with applications.
- Develop and maintain cloud and mobile-related infrastructure.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments in cloud and mobile solutions.
What you’ll need
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in developing Java-based applications.
- Proficiency in Java and Spring Boot framework.
- Experience with front-end technologies such as React.js, Redux, and Next.js.
- Experience with mobile development using React Native, Swift, or Kotlin.
- Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Experience with database management systems like MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and MySQL.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Git, Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, and Terraform.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience mentoring other developers.
Nice to have
- Background in finance and experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Active GitHub account with at least one published app on the store.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and CI/CD pipelines.
